Return & Refund Policy
We want you to love your purchase, but if something’s not quite right, we’re here to help.
Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which it was received—unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
To initiate a return, please contact us at neal@wavecollector.com. We’ll email you a prepaid return shipping label. Once you receive your label, you have 14 days to send the item back. If the return is not shipped within that time frame, it will no longer be eligible for a refund.
Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, please email us at neal@wavecollector.com with a photo of the damage. We’ll send you a replacement item at no additional cost—and you’re welcome to keep the damaged one.
